The venue this year is The Community College of Baltimore County, on the Catonsville campus. This campus is located south-west of Baltimore, right up the road from the BWI Airport.

Parking / Conference Rooms


We will be in Building H. Parking is in Lot 5, park in the white spaces. Please don't park in Red Spaces as they may tow your car.

There is a blue awning covering the door into the H Building from Lot 5.

Take the stairs closet to the door up to the 3rd floor and make right and the rooms should be on the left just pass the 1st or 2nd hallway. There will be signs.

The rooms are H308A/B/C. There will be signs :)

The DC Baltimore Perl Workshop organizers recommend the Comfort Suites at BWI Airport on Elkridge Landing Road for out of town attendees. They offer a free continental breakfast, 24 hour shuttle service, free parking and free transportation to and from the conference.

Comfort Suites at BWI is holding 25 rooms for us. Our exclusive hold on these rooms ends on Friday, March 30, 2012, so please book soon. The room rate is $79 for a king or $84 for two queens (plus tax) per night. Please mention that this is for the "DC Baltimore Perl Workshop" event when reserving your room. The rate is only valid if you reserve your room before the end of Friday, March 30, 2012 and mention the DCBPW event.
